To make the honey syrup, combine 3 parts honey with 1 part water into a saucepan over low heat. Warm until the honey is smoothly incorporated into the water. Remove from the heat and allow to cool before using in the cocktail recipe. Once cooled, pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Enjoy!
