Arugula & Honeycomb Salad

Yields: 1 Serving


  • 1 cup fresh arugula
  • 2-3 slices prosciutto
  • 1 tablespoon goat cheese
  • Handful of walnuts
  • Chunks of JHTT honeycomb
  • Olive oil
  • Cracked black pepper


Place the fresh arugula on a plate. Slice the prosciutto into bite-sized slivers and lay onto a bed of arugula. Sprinkle the salad with goat cheese and walnuts (option to candy them with sugar but not necessary with the sweet honeycomb). Scatter pieces of honeycomb onto salad. Drizzle with olive oil and cracked pepper to taste.
